THE MISSION
Our mission for Heard The Listening Project is to nurture a unified and supportive community, dedicated to providing a platform where minority voices are elevated, stereotypes are debunked, and equity for marginalized groups is actively advocated.
OUR APPROACH
The Listening Project delves into various facets of African American communities, including healthcare, interpersonal relationships, education, and socioeconomic disparities. Through community engagement and social media outreach, our aim is to comprehensively understand and report on emerging stories within these communities that might otherwise remain overlooked.
1. Learning through attentive listening to participants' narratives.
